Listening to the interview it sounds as though they would rather focus on Canada and North America. SKorea plant wasn't even mentioned.  Hopefully all with good reason.

Ground clearance news will drive the price to new 52 week high. I'm not concerned about the delay. Just a matter of time imo. Patience. Delay could be anything.. on contractors end, or on NBM's end. They could be trying to time JV news with construction start. Or maybe they are trying to finalize COB financing with construction start. Anyone's guess.  NBM Korea will put Neo
