NCI will have many shares oustanding and mostly cheap paper for the insiders..... retail shareholders will need coffee and muffin at the next AGM they didn't buy the stock at the same price in the open market....many investors got it well over $0.05 per share..... remember you my famous call.....I still have a low ball on it !!!!! next stop $0.02 per share
