MHP

What is MHP for nickel ?
Mixed Hydroxide Precipitate (MHP) is one of intermediate products of nickel laterite ore processing through hydrometallurgical route. This type of product can be further treated in Caron Process and/or atmospheric acid leaching to produce separate pure nickel and cobalt.

ALTILIUM’S DNi PROCESS™ PRODUCES MHP FROM REJECT-LEVEL LATERITIC ORES

  • Produce MHP from very low Ni head grades
  • Maximise the life of their resource by using lower cut-off grades, and
  • Earn additional revenue from rejected ores that would otherwise become an environmental liability

providing much-needed flexibility and longevity to new or retro-fit projects.

It’s important to also note that MHP produced by the DNi Process™ is of market-leading quality – with a nickel content of up to 48%. Plus, the process generates very low volumes of inert residue which can be dry-stacked and safely returned to the mine.

Add to this that the DNi Process™ extracts all the metals and generates a range of valuable co-products and the maths become even more exciting!

Not only does the DNi Process™ extract most of the nickel and cobalt from the ore into MHP, but it also extracts:

  • aluminium as a hydroxide;
  • scandium into solution;
  • rare earth elements (REEs) into solution;
  • iron in hematite; and
  • magnesium oxide.

With these multiple revenue streams, Altilium’s licensees maximise the use of the resource, optimise revenue and minimise risk.

Why is it....
Timmins area has no real issues with Lateritic nickel ore bodie ?
Only....Yukon...lol

Hate to think...
Another would use a DNi extraction on Wellgreen's ores
After.... not using an appropriate extraction which drastically
affected Wellgreen's resource size + recoverables.

Even INDO knows about the DNi Extraction Process
Chris Gower, CEO of Altilium had this to say: “We are very pleased to partner with Indika and TSB to develop our DNi Process™ in Indonesia. Our aim is to provide the EV industry with a clean, sustainable supply of nickel and cobalt, and help Indonesia to secure its place as a leading player in the worldwide transition to EVs.”

WHAT IS THE DNi PROCESSTM ?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2014 Wellgreen's Peridotite Stockpiles = would extract and process
2015 ------> someone thought differently

Whether one reviews an East zone or Central zone drill image.
Both have same disposition.
Mass Peridotites + thin sulphide = good 450m wide ( n / s )

CENTRAL ZONE

https://s21.q4cdn.com/491660439/files/doc_news/2014-march-central-577650e-web.jpg

1250m long from ug mine to central
Well over 550m deep
Johnson's hole was a defining hole which proved the mineralization
at depth ran clear to orher side of mountain. Not topical, rather,
deeper zone that is indifferent than upper.
I won't factor Johnson's hole revealing north side - other side of mountain

1250m x 550m x 450m x 2.7 ore weight
= 835,312,500 million tonnes
( very close to 2014's -  846 million tonnes inferred )

No West - North zone - nor factoring core high grade zone.

What other known deposit hosts so many minerals like Wellgreen ?
Chromium
Titanium
Aluminum
Iron
Mg
Dual Nickel
Copper
Cobalt
Plats
Exotics

Wellgreen has surface mineralization.
Crawford has lots of, overburden.

Given the fact others have spent numerous yrs whittling away Wellgreen,
Our best odds are with another major incorporating just the common shares
into their share structure minus ( larger % holders + speecialty shares ).

Own opinion, not investment advice.

Back in, 2014 Prophecy was dinged for not including the after tax NVP.
I wonder if Canada Nickel applied the 45% ( royalties + First Nations ) taxes
on their NVP ?  Why is it Wellgreen's Eng firm keyed in recovery % into block
models -  vs - Crawford uses whole mineral resource values and only mentions
41% recovery in, BFS ?
lol

Cheers....
