Sometimes the best option is to do nothing on a day like

this, if you buy you may get a good bargain but it can go down further, if you sell it may go up drastically after the options settle...I plan to do my day work, running my own company, peacefully with occasional checking of the markets and my portfolio.  I know I will feel better and be more productive that way and end my day in a better mood.  Any sentiments to share?
