Wainwright holding the sp down from going up? Seen someone sAid at ceo.ca it's like a "curse" when wainwright gets in the placement. He even said to stay away from wainwright when doing placement. Is that true? Hope not.

No not true! It is suggested they are not the best circle of friends however , when you need dollars to expand and you have an almost sure bet you can push. Perhaps more revered financial institutions would not have financed at the same number, maybe $1.10? The question is what will they do with the money they have received. The poster at ceo.ca said to stay away from wainwright as what happened to the other cryrpo company who had a placement with them, it's sp hardly ever goes up then comes down. I came across with the post when dmgi announced a placement and that's when the poster said to stay away from wainright??  , then when the deal is announced ,wainwright acted as an

Also if it's suggested wainwright is not the best circle of friends, NDA should have at least find another company for placement no matter what the price is. NDA grew up without wainwright , im sure it will continue to grow even without wainwright. If the wainwright or any company deal brings more damage to retail investors  then there's  no point of receiveing tons of money IMHO

What I said is that it  DOES NOT create an issue for NDA. Bad management causes failure. That is not the case here. Perhaps NDA should have gone to Cannacord. Some people love them lots think they are a bad seed.  If Cannacord had bought in at $2.00 instead of W/R at $1.65 would that have made you happy?
