What happens when the warrants expire at the end of the month.

And the August shares issued and warrants attached go off restriction Dec 10.  I assume those warrants will be tradeable?

Who would want them right now? Until this stock goes upward 40 cent, 75 cent warrents are about as good as toliet paper. We need promoters company has great product and it selling. most skus sell out quickly, where is the company cheerleaders getting us investors to buy the stock? Unless its beeing supressed for another round of funding?

The warrants on the august issue were at 40 cents for 3 years so they would have some value, if not today, then soon

Definitely a tough company to find information on for dd, and this is the most post I've seen regularly about it. Talking in some of the local stores, they say it's hard to keep in stock, because of price point. Hopefully a little more news next week, otherwise I may just hold what I have. But if it goes in the next year or 2 should change life a little

In their quarterly release they said Oct net revenue was 2.2 million at 29% margin so call that 600-650k gross margin and their expenses (non interest and depreciation) look like 650ish k per month.  SO October maybe was EBITDA break even.  They also said November will be a record month so now they have a real shot at profit.  The interest deprn etc is 150ish per month so they need ...more

Steve low said they should be EBITDA positive this quarter. All sale to shoppers drug were in September.  I'm buying wanna and bhang for Christmas for people. You should to. Haha  b
