Sundial Growers is buying Alcanna

Bloomberg TV reported, this evening that Sundial Growers is buying Alberta company, Alcanna, for $346 Million.  Sundial Growers also has a business relationship with NDVA and has been providing financing to NDVA.  Maybe Sundial Growers will aquire NDVA.  Just speculation on my part.

Where do you think the offer will come in at $1.50 or higher?
Comment by Stuboo on Oct 13, 2021 3:04pm
Nobody is going to pay 1.50 for this at the current share price.
Comment by QCINDIVALUVIN on Oct 13, 2021 4:23pm
Agreed even though that's what it's worth...hopefully the sp can get near 1$ soon. Worst case scenario any possible buyer will end up paying more for a buyout as financials continue to improve.
