Canopy price

Did some reading on wyld which had market size and share.  Seems a guess of wana revenue is maybe 100-125 million so canopy will pay 3x revenue for wana. If Indiva rev is 50 or better then a value of 150 or 80 cents to $1?

maybe - or even higher.  However, as we started the conversation - looking at the Wana announcement by Canopy it is my take away that : a) there is now one 1 take out option for Indiva now whereas before the annoucement there were many (so it certainly is not a 'sellers market'); and b) I think canopy will consider taking Inidva out and will pay a decent price if they do that - but ...more

Appreciate the honesty on the holdings. No doubt this will be interesting. Something will change in the next 6 months I think. maybe sundial agrees with you on what a take out price might be and so they jacked the rate on the debt to make sure they got an overall acceptable return to them. q3 earnings sb the next relevant news

I think Q4 will be the measuring stick - expect a lot of excitiement and holday buying this year in the edibles sector.  Will be Indiva's time to shine or fade.

sidenote - good point on the what might happen with the debt.  Guess if it was me that would be my first call Monday morning and not so much 'doing conferences and wining and dining' - but that is why they make the big bucks and I don't as they see something I do not!!!!!
