Insider buyings

Why is mngt not buying at these levels?! It would send a message that they believe in the company (i know they already own some shares that were given to them) but at 0.21$, just a little vote of confidence would be great. Has anyone asked IR about that?

Have u bought at 21? I took some at 22 this week. I think something with canopy will happen this summer, IMO
