I hope it is a takeover of BHANG.  Always thought the Indiva team is better management than Bhang's team.

I think Bhng will survive! A lot of insiders hold shares! Jamie p did a great job promoting Bhnang brand and giving public presentations...and promoting an exit strategy for herself.. just my opinion....but no clear bottom line strategy! A 350,000$ usa ..$ package is a little lopsided! Anyways hope for best I think new CEO...is a strategist and has some direction! I doubt that NDVA will buy out ...more

Her promotion skills seemed to take us down from the minute we ipo'd, so there is that! I don't recall much more than changing labels when what we had was fine and she did wind up her tenure with one last trip to the Spain gig for potpreneurs. I don't know, maybe she had her hands tied by PBIC who ran all of their efforts into oblivion from what I see. I mentioned before that they ...more

Yes,we are in similar position! Not saying JamieP did a great job ..just say she is a promoter  ...and promoted a big deal for herself! I do think current management is capable of putting together a future direction !Best of luck to longs hang in there!

I think we have hijacked this site to sort out our BHANG issues. Indiva's involvement with Bhang was as a co-producer of Bhang products for the Canadian market. I don't believe that this is still happening and Bhangs suspension for not filing a financial report has set this up for the US market to destroy any value for Bhang which is now zero because they don't honour the halts and ...more
