They are expecting record revenues this qtr and it seems like some kind of takeover/buyout is currently being negotiated as the extension for their loan from SNDL was extending by only 10 days. Whatever that price is, I'm sure it's higher than 4 cents a share. I bought more today at 4 cents. Yes, planning to average down as well but keeping in mind our cash balamce must be dried out if no buyout. We were at 2.9 last Q. Take into consideration the 1.2 from Wana we shpuld have just received + 900 000 from LIFE, we had to be near 5m which is what we have to pay in liabiliities before next week.

The 2.9 million at last qtr end went down by the 2 million paid to Sundial so 900k plus Wana money.  I think the Life money was in hand at quarter end too. But they were ebitda positive q1 and will be q2. I cant see the major shareholders just walking away - maybe go private??

There is someone ruining the share value and a buyout is most likely going to happen. Assuming a 5 to 10 times currently ask of .04 a .20 to .40 buyout is within the realm of possibilities. I hate all these manipulations. Northstar has a huge ...more
