The business operations of the Indiva Group will not be interrupted as a result of the CCAA proceedings. It is expected that the Indiva Group will emerge from creditor protection as a stronger company with a healthier balance sheet.

That is how it is supposed to work but how badly hurt will existing shareholders be hurt or will they even be included? For SNDL to invest and then trigger the loan recall, that was being serviced, rankles of a conversion of shareholder's value to SNDL principals pockets. This has insider or marketmaker influence written all over it!
