i wonder
if shareholders will be made whole again if there is a successful bider? or is there a better chance if there is no bider. then will sundial go back to the original deal with NDVA and be happy with there monthly payments which by the way were being made.

Why would they go back to a payment plan? Sundial intends to buy Indiva for cheap. The financing option is out the window at this point.

Don't be stupid. Or at least pretend to be less stupid.

Neil and his family still own lots of shares. unless there is some back door deal. he stands to lose a lot of coin. I don't see how he's let it happen. what do I know.

neil still has his job, could be sundial offerd him a new long term contract and pay increase after the dust settles, that will more than offset his loss in shares. sounds like that is how these guys operate

So he continues working for a company that screw him, his company and all his family and friends? Don't see that happening.
