So if Sundial is the winner, that should be decided today. If there is a qualified bid that PWC would like to choose, that info needs to be shared by next week and the winner selected by Sept 4. Hopefully we are told something before end of day tomorrow.

I see now that the stay has been extended to Oct 31 from Sept so the sale process may follow an extended time now

Can we infer from this extension that there is another interested party? I'm assuming if there were no other interested bidders Sundial would want to close their stalking horse robbery ASAP and not allow any additional time for another bidder to swoop in.  Although we may have to wait longer to find out, this could be a positive development.

But worth adding SNDL IS a publicly traded company so if their bid was indeed successful you'd think they'd have to disclose it immediately.
