Comments on M&A anyone?

It doesn't look good as expected. Question is ... how low can it go? 

Under 0.60 for sure, can it go all the way to 0.4? They have nothing to show, they count on plastic ban while generating no contracts period. Noticed expenses moving up, with higher consulting fees toward companies owned by management (of course), while digital ad spending went up huge to generate a nothingburger in sales.

The more I see, the more I am convinced this company is run by a bunch of amateurs.

The financials were pretty much as expected. With $54 million in cash and 96 million shares out, the company is worth (more or less), 50 cents a share and that assigns no value to their IP and patents, so seems very cheap at current share price. My concern is that I don't want to see them go down the road of spending their $54 million unless we are going to get a ROI. "If you build it ...more
