NFG Even Has The Best Company Name
Since we're all showering compliments on NFG, I'll add this to the list:
Great call by whoever came up with "New Found Gold" - sums up the company perfectly:
New Found (as in Newfoundland)
also
New Found (as in newly-discovered)
and
Gold (self explanatory)
Short, to-the-point play on words - very clever.
Of course, totally irrelevant re. past or future success, share price, etc., but since it's the long weekend, thought I'd toss this into the mix for fun.....

Good points, AlwaysLong - and I think I read that the Province of Newfoundland is going to be "very friendly", as they will be grateful for the new tax base. Great to see government be HELPFUL to business for a change.

The Newfoundland government has no choose but be mining friendly because they are basically bankrupt. They are in talks now with Hydro Quebec now so I'm convinced they will give away part ownership in Muskrat Falls or Churchill Falls or both to try and ease the financial burden facing the province. Darks days for Newfoundland ahead as debts rise.
