NFG insider reports show sparse insider trades recently
The company weekly insider reports don't show much insider trading over the past 3 weekly reports.
Last week's shows Eric Sprott buying 60k through 2176423 Ontario: 20k on the 9th @$11.47, 20k @$11.29 on the 12th, and 20k @$11.21 on the 13th.
McEwen is not mentioned in any of the past 3 weekly reports, but his position was below the 10% threshold for mandatory insider filing, so how much of the selling has been his is pretty hard to know with absolute certainty.

Yeah I think Eric Sprott is near the 20% threshold so he can't buy much more. why doesn't the 20% rule apply to Pallisades ~ 30%?

America has had its day in the sun. It's global power is waning rapidly. God help all those allies who think they will come to their aid. Taiwan will be the test case in the next few years

"why doesn't the 20% rule apply to Pallisades ~ 30%?" They created the private company, and recognized as the "control group" when it IPO'd on the TSX-v
