Golden Joint
Megacopper and Retiredgeo, could it be possible that the Golden Joint Zone is a down plunge extension of the Dome Zone?

I noticed the same thing last week and posted my idea of taking that blob of circles over Keats and moving it over on top of GJ and Dome. Will that gap between the two fill in as they drill there??

Nope, because they are on 2 different faults.

I'm not too sure about that. I think it's still too early to know for sure.

I guess I'm confused. First you asked if GJ was the down plunge extension of Dome, then when I said it could be, you said, Nope, they are on two different faults. So, why ask the question in the first place?

Sorry if I confused you. I'm just saying that Keats is on its own fault, whereas Golden Joint and the Dome are on their own, same fault. Therefore GJ and the Dome may be connected down plunge.

Yes that is what I think. Keats Zone is on its own and the Golden Joint and Dome could be connected. The Lotto isn't far from the Dome either. This is fun. This pullback in the stock should only be temporary. Lots of great drilling results ahead of us for NFG. The Golden Valley will give us more gold!!!

That is entirely possible because there is only about 500 meters between the GJ and Dome Showing. Finger crossed they are all connected. Perhaps that is why they name it the Golden Joint because it is where it all comes together. The Golden Valley is full of high grade visible gold. You gotta love it. Buy the dips and hold onto for the ride!!!

Thanks Retiredgeo. I assume then that if the Lotto Baseline Fault is barren, the gold at Golden Joint and Dome must be contained within splay faults coming off the Appleton Fault. See Flyger, I'm still trying to get it right. Massive criss-cross cutting structures are very confusing.

or you can carry out a seismic survey to find all your faults and fractures!!

These splay faults are structual traps for gold in fluid. You need fluid flow to create the gold deposits. In the first video Dr Quinton Hennigh talks about fluid flow and the lack thereof through the Appleton fault.

So what you are saying retiredgeo is that QH said that the Appleton did not go with the flow? so is that like putting a apple on the end of an exhaust pipe of your car? So its the Appleton's fault the car doesn't go? Really is if there is lack of flow whered did it go then? Stuck in the plumbing.IKE
