One thing is McEwan talk was July 2 and his comments on Chile are dated as recently the Chilean Communist was voted out of the presidential election. He was the one that was talking big about increasing taxes on copper mining assets as a mandate. Chileans are fiercely prould of Codelco and really do not want to see that messed with. He is in Argentenia where the governments of past could not ...more
