Might as well sell and buy back in 30 days as per capital loss regulations.

Too soon to talk about tax loss selling (in september). It would be more appropriate to talk about MARGIN CALL SELLING, because we are on Monday morning and brokers are calling their clients  to obtain more cash. Market makers are aware of these facts and they drop their bids to buy at lower prices. This explains why the price is going down. You don't see that kind of action when the
