Halted Why?

Not sure why they halted for one drill assay. Although nice hit. Definetly not worth a halt. 
Could there be another news release to follow?
Have they ever had just one drill assay released?

The halt was NOT necessary. Not needed. Ridiculous!! But ok to trade in the US and around the world, but not Canada. NFG should explain the absurdity!!

  I agree. That was very strange. How can it be halted on one exchange and not the other. I guess you could argue it's the same on certain holidays. Sort of except you know when the company requests the halt 9 times out of 10 it's good news. Any explanation why it trades on one exchange and not the other during a halt. Different rules for the exchange perhaps. I don't know but

Well dude or dudette or something inbetween... This one drill hit was at 300 m and was bonanza grade. The implications are that they have doubled the size of the resource at Keats. Please read Quinton Hennings comments and if you still do not believe how  significant this is and not worth a halt I would definitely recommend that you put yourself on ignore. IKE

All I'm saying IKE is that it has to be halted on both sides of the border. Are Americans more deserving than Canadians? What are the halt rules in the US? I got the impression that the sentiment on this board was for a halt in the US too!!

  No ike they haven't doubled the resource with this news release and they don't imply that. This was a separate lower zone. It's great news but not a doubling of the resource. The implications are that there will be many many high grade zones at depth. It could be much more than doubling the resource eventually as they drill deeper but it's still far too early to know for

The big news is that this hole, good as it is, is at the top of something bigger and better according to the Fosterville model. Another "central dilation zone" would greatly expand the economics and potential of the Keates zone. From a geology standpoint I can understand their excitement but from an investor standpoint they could of buried this hole among other holes. I did not care

Mega you disagree with a doubling but say it could be more ? These are just wild speculation on my part and know you take a more geo approach but I still refer to the most knowledgeable person on Fosterville out there as I know of no other expert and defy you to tell me a better one. QH said today.. Additionally, the newly discovered high-grade gold and sulphide mineralization in hole NFGC-21

Just adding my 2 cents worth here IKE, if the sulphides were rapidly increasing with depth, maybe NFG should be putting down an EM probe down on Hole NFGC-21-238. This would give them a better idea of the distance and the direction to the highest conductivity.. Beneath this conductive zone should be where the quartz high grade lode gold deposit. This is as QH explained it.

      Oh I agree with Quinton Hennigh and what he says about Queensway. I'm just saying that because they hit high grade gold at that deeper intersection you can't make the automatic assumption that the resource has doubled. Mainly because the intersection in today's news release was in the footwall and not the main Keats Zone. It was a separate zone within a

We have such a few systems like this and, ESNR has hit at a good depths and  also thought as shoe in to find a lot more at their depth. Nobody has lost at this depth .................yet.......but such few players. IKE
