Transport method to Australia?
Sea or air? If by sea, we're probably months away from first results.

Oh how wrong you are rummager. They will have Chrysos results back in weeks....the only hold up is if they will release them on their own or wait for rush (6 weeks) fireassay results to make the direct comparison to demonstrate the reliability to the market. I personally would be happy if they just released on their own and let fireassay catch up. IKE

Should be done by the end of this week or at the latest, early next week. Intertek's Perth, Australia lab is state of the art and is making room for these samples (which by the way represents just a drop in the bucket as what they can do). I should know, ITS is my employeer:)

Conceivably, they could use both. Priority batches have to be flown. Nonpriority samples such as the bulk of the reference cores could be loaded aboard a freighter and shipped by sea. It would be very expensive to send everything by air. Sea mail to Australia was 2-4 months during the best of times.
