First, let me thank all that sent in their supportive posts after the close today - it was an expensive day for many of us, but great to see that so many were undeterred.  Thanks!

I have been trying recently not to obsess about the possibility of the upcoming news releases. My fear is that all of our expectations may be perhaps too high - we all want immediate "shock and awe", thinking that this will put everything right again.  Me too...but it occurred to me that I - we - are all looking at this through the wrong end of the telescope. 

The real shock and awe is that we are on the verge of finally getting a stream of timely NRs about assays...the grades will be what they are...and nothing more.  Now, we all know what kind of stunners occasionally show up in these releases...that is why we are all here!  And I have absolutely no doubt that this will continue to be the case in the future...but consider the pressure on NFG Management at this moment - and also desperate to get beyond all this recent mess and back to business - but also fearing that whatever they say - it will not live up to current expectations...talk about performance anxiety!

So - let's be easy on them (and ourselves) - and not be thinking that the next NR is the Be-All and End-All...but simply the start of getting back to business.  They have been moving heaven and earth in order to do this for us - and we must likewise be supportive!

I second this and double down. Not easy for the management for sure.

Meant to also say, they have no control over the price of gold or what the feds and banker do at any one time.....long term gold will be much higher in price than today and that is when it will be extracted.
