Chrysos

For the benefit of all the newbies here could someone explain clearly what it is and 

why it is so important. I could try myself but I am sure I would do an inadequate job

compared to some that are more up on it and how my head is working right now. IKE

Traditional "fire-assay" is a destructive form of gauging core - that is why the cores are split in two, with one half going to the assayers and the other half being held by the company (in perpetuity) in case the are questions about the results of the assay (in  which case, the second half is then assayed).  You have no "proof" from the first assay. other than the ...more

Thank you, Braindead, Tes I have been passionate about Chrysos since I first heard about it 2-3 years ago.  Here's a "disruptor", I thought...this could be huge. I talked about it with QH - who had, early days, acquired two to assist with assays from Pilbara.  His enthusiasm only spurred me to find out more about this remarkable company  My enthusiasm has not waned ...more

  Great explanation on the Chrysos PhotonAssay method of testing. It will definitely be a game changer for junior exploration companies once it is fully established in the industry. It's great to see New Found Gold leading the way here  in Canada starting to use this assay method of testing core samples.
