And look at that! The stock is up .12 on news that a B-24 was found at the bottom of Gander Lake. Imagine what it would do to the sp if they put out news that they hit 120 g/t over 4 m at Big Dave.

It is also possible to drill on the lake during the winter with both diamond core and reverse circulation drills.

I believe the winter on the ice is the preferred method on lakes

They have been drilling on lakes for more than 50 years. In Campbell Chibougamau they had a couple of problems when mining, a couple of drill holes had not been properly capped and when mining they occasionally had a hole with hundreds of feet of pressure pouring into the freshly blasted area.

Unfortunately Gander Lake rarely freezes. It is a very deep lake exceeding 1000 feet in depth in some places. So I don't think drilling out there would be possible. Not even on a barge due to how rough it gets. Lol

A frozen lake with at least 30 inches of ice is a mandatory prerequisite.

Right on mega! I was about to post the same information but you beat me to it. I've lived here over 30 years and it may have frozen over a couple of times and then to a depth that would not support a barge.
