NFG: who are the sellers?

I suspect that many shareholders are selling for tax-loss reasons. This pressure on the price of the stock should end next week. Any other reasons?

After that financing I was surprised to see it stay above 5 bucks...but that will change as the markets have soured again, plus tax loss selling...below 5 is almost a given at this point. Patience for those who want to enter the stock.

Decent entry point would be around 4.65.

tax loss selling anything is possible but iam guessing anything under 4.90 will be very short lived and lower volume at anything under 5.00 iam hoping to pick up even more shares off of someone's tax loss selling merry Christmas to me and maybe you to

There are no company specific reasons that I am aware of. Global recessions are typically bad for commodity stocks.  Gold and Silver stocks get thrown out with the rest.  Today is another bad day for the entire sector.
