Financing disaster

Wow did they ever screw things up with that last financing. Not sure anyone can screw this up so bad even if they tried. This was trading at 6.50 to 6.80 when they announced the financing.
Total destruction and trading below 5$ hahaha what a joke

Well sure float another $50 million of these dreadful FT shares and see what happens. I'll tell you what happens the people that are buying these shares for the most part are people with tax problems. And in many cases not buying them for the company but the tax write off. One only has tax problems when one is making money. So, the people buying these shares have taxes they want to offset. Ergo they are making money somewhere, somehow. I have no problem taking guidance from and following people that are making money. The people or companies buying these Charity Flow Through shares are fairly or very wealthy in that they can afford to make large charitable donations. ...more

  The company got 8.00 per share so that wasn't the disaster The disaster is on the secondary sale The actual charities that are now selling them .management shouldn't of let the offering go through until the. issuer had sales lined up to take the shares at the 5.68 on the charity side of the sale now we have 6 mil shares to get eaten up by the market minus what Eric took and what ...more

We don't know that the charities have sold any of these 6.25 million shares.  NFG volumes have been normal ever since the day after the financing.  People are blaming the charities for the stock slide yet if you look at other exploration stocks they haven't done well this year either. We can agree that there is a big overhang at $5.68 CAD.  The share price might sit at that ...more

We do know that Sprott bought 4,000,000 of these shares according to insider report. Do not know who bought the other  shares. I would suspect that the recent selling has nothing directly related to charities selling of shares, just people not understanding what this deposit is all about and many wanting and aiming for instant profits so switching to some other investment.
