do we have another open pit gold mine here ? Possible trenching for gold for miles on this massive land package

  the next round of drilling will be from 3D siemic survey to depth then gold not only north to south and east to west but also to China well at least a few klm down that way

i would not bee supriced if they allready started drilling a bit (under cover) after the siemic data.. But anyway its exciting and i think Eric S is well informed whats going on.

Preliminary seismic data will not be available until October-November. Eric knows what we know.  Anything more implies illegality on behalf on NFG management.  There has never been any evidence of that.

Eric knows a lot more than we know, only because he is asking the right Q and just looking. Do you talk to the management team on daily basis and walking around on the property  now and then? i think Eric does. The seimic data already shows something, they are not idiots...

  iam sure Eric has looked at the survey and asked some general questions and being in mining for as long as he has and with a similar deposit in his past Iam sure he can figure some things out but as far as having privileged information probably not but his knowledge in this area gives him an upper hand when exposed to raw data still to be interpreted

Management cannot share any data preferentially to any investor, however important.  Eric's knowledge, experience and skills will give him the edge once the data is released.  In the mean time he knows what we know. Even his guided tour was to that which had already been publically released.

What you are saying is correct about illegality. But, as the largest shareholder , and on the BOD .he can call and talk to the geologists and ask pertinent questions that his extensive background in gold mining would permit a knowledgeable interpretation . That is not illegal but would enable Eric to have a much more knowledable understanding of the reality of this discovery than retail outsiders

But it would be illegal for him to act on privileadged information somInwould think he hasn't put himself in that situation so he can freely keep buying in advance of what he expects and thinks is there

Eric is not on the board of directors, nor, his he an advisor.  He is an investor of note. He can ask all the questions he wants but he is not entitled to any information which has not been publically released.  Any investor can do the same through NFG's public relations office.

He is not a director just a huge shareholder which makes him an insider legally and must abide by insider rules
