Perhaps more detailed analyses of the returned signals will bring clarity to the significance of the depth specific targets but we already know that gold can be found at depths down to 2.5 km and is being mined in many areas at depths of 1 km or more. Nothing is said of the clarity of contrast signals , fault definition etc and whether those are sufficiently precise to
