China gold purchase

Article in Kitco stated China purchased 12 tonnes of gold in February, do not know if correct, however that would cost around 600 billion $ at 2100$ gold per ounce.

if this is continuing and also by other central sovereign countries, this would explain the price increase. How long will this continue? Good question.
