You do realize that dilution effects everyone and the ceo most as he controls the biggest block of shares They must believe that they can use the money to build wealth if they are in fact putting More shares into the market through the ATM when they post in august their cash and # of shares outstanding we will know if they have or not and to what extent .Retiredgeo is correct you have no proof
