The TSX and TSXV are closed today for an Ontario holiday. NFGC is currently down $0.14 USD in sympathy with a broad market sell off (it was down much more at the opening bell).
Gold went down to ~$2370 but has since recovered to $2392
Silver went down to $26.60 but has since recovered to $27.06.

NFGC has pared it's losses to $0.085 Gold is back to $1400 Silver is at $17.16

Yes, it does but there is a big difference between gold bullion, gold miners and gold explorers. The gold explorers are the last to benefit from rising prices. $2400 gold hasn't helped NFG any! It will eventually.

Absolutely my fine friend . For 5000 years. No worse demonstration of fiat dissipation of value than the current value of the USD relative to 1972 when they forced Nixon off the gold standard. Gold has enrtirely replaced that fiat loss and more. Nice to see inquisitive new comers to the NFG fold..
