Postmedia Article

Gabriel Friedman with Postmedia has a half page article on Nfg, mainly concerning the Iceberg Report.
Much of the report, which was in todays edition of The Chronical Herald as well as the Financial Post and probably in Postmedias other newspapers, uses quotes from the Iceberg Report.Overall  the write up is not very supportive of NFG or its management.
A quote from the article states"Neither Sprott nor Kettle responded to requests for comment by the time of publication"
This lack of response is ,in my opinion very concerning. as is the absence of a MER.Are investors being mushroomed?Does the Company not need to refute these statments in the name of transparency and to clear the records?
There several posters who continually pump this stock but their recommendations and projections  are quite useless. We need to hear from management.

Denis Laviolette President of NFG has plenty to say on ceo.ca https://ceo.ca/@denis

Postings on CEO.CA or on Stockhouse is not sufficient where only limited numbers of investors and potential investors visit. This requires a NR with much wider distribution.

Also, it is about time they acquired the services of an activist Investor Relations agency who have the ...more

There doesn't seem to be an ounce of humbleness in this mangement team.  I think they think they are above and beyond their peers and behave in a very smug manor.  Perhaps that is why their peers, meaning majors who produce, don't seem to respect them or acknowlege what they think they have. I think they should bite the bullet, find out what they really have, and let the chips ...more

What matters the most in the long run is the drill bits in the ongoing deep drillings. Defending yourself through media can invite even more unwarranted accusations, as any defence can be misinterpreted or misconstrued. So, letting the evidence speak for itself can be a more effective strategy. NFG prices have fallen significantly in recent times; however, for most trading days, no more than 1.5 ...more

I do not concur entirely with your assessment of the current situation particularly since the postmedia article has received wide distribution and will deter some investors, current and potential, from participating. .If the Iceberg Report is misleading then management should refute the report. They missed an opportunity to get wide coverage by postmedia by not responding to the request for ...more
