I wondeer about that, truck drivers are hard to get these days even NL, Mabe for a short term but there is a possibility of more then one mine, so big gold would want there own everything.

If NFG makes the decision to mine (for lack of a buyer) they will have to build a gravity concentrator on site. Only the concentrate needs to be shipped to the mill. If the truck is carrying a million dollars worth of gold concentrate truck costs are negligble. Security costs will be far higher. At $4000 CAD/oz 1 million CAD of gold = 7.75 Kg of gold.

In this event I don't see anything wrong with the Beaver Brook Antimony Mine, for the far less ore that requires processing, now on care and maintenance. The Beaver Brook Antimony Mine in central Newfoundland is located ~42 km southwest of the town of Glenwood-Appleton, and 1 km northwest of the NorthwestGander River about 30 minutes away from Queensway.

https://ceo.ca/@businesswire/new-found-reports-positive-phase-1-metallurgical-test - highest grade stuff gets up to 83% recovery with gravity alone. What if the concentrate were sent elsewhere for processing and what's left carbon-in-leach (CIL) on the gravity tails was processed by a small mill on site.
