They should stay away from royalties it an expensive way to finance .i think they realize this and this is why they bought back existing royalties that came with their claims .

It's a moot point whether raising funds for develoment via royalty sales is any better or worse than raising funds by diluting equity. I don't like equity reduction that is normally associated with Capex for Mine Development. Royalties have no equity dilution and are deferred to later production. I prefer Royalty sales.,

Rob McEwan wrote an article on Royalties as a way of financing and he states it's a only a last resort  to financing he goes on to explain that it isn't very good way to go and says it hurts the profits and the value of the miner and property maybe someone can try and find it he has also stated these things in interviews over the years
