Maybe there should be a class action lawsuit against hash boy for his lying defamatory statements regarding Newfoundgold and Eric Sprott iam sure a law firm can take this on and all us shareholders can join in .spreading things you know to be untrue that can harm one's reputation or harm in any other way is defamatory in nature and against the law

there is no lawsuit against hashboy.   The poster asked a question in the title, and stated what they may have heard on the street.  That could be seen as rumour mongering..but the whole post was started as a question looking for others opinions.  There were no statements made that could be construed as slander.  IMO

no there isn't but this is not the 1st time or even the 2nd time he has tried to start this unfounded rumour so I belive intent is there and he has been told a few times now that several people have checked with newfound gold and checked insider reports and he has not sold even one share so his continued remarks do show his intent and intent in spread something you know to be untrue could be ...more

Hiya Dan, its now 71 & 75 mill so yer only missing 9 mill now-tell ya why the dif is from 2020. back then the youngsters got out to vote & they all said ANYONE BUT TRUMP & cast ballots that way, being scared $%^&$%^ that democracy was at stake - no way jose has there been any voting issues, ya'll should know consperacy theories are a dime a dozen especially when the main dude ...more
