Undervalued?

Northern Star annouced a takeover of De Grey in Australia. It's valued at about 4+ billion CN.
De Grey is basically an exploration company with one major prospect.
Based on what I can tell, it doesn' appear to be any more prospective than Newfounds property.
All things being equal, that would make NFG worth about 8x its cap in this market.
Now all it needs is some tire kickers.
