Acquiescence of the Share Price ..2 factors

We have seen the share price drop by over 60 % in the past 6 months, at a time of excellent drilling results and record gold price.

Why ?

1.....removing volumes associated with naked shorting and associated wash trading and what remains is very modest real buying volumes.

This is a result of total reliance on assays and ancillary exploration results propagated by videos to attract investor interests ..

Investor assay fatigue in the face of an exploration company yet to face large costs and time to build a mine more than annulls any incipient volumes arising out of superior exploration results.

Restricted to exploration advances,  we therefore have no  effective investor promotion program capable of bringing new investors aboard .

Without robust buying, shorters have an easy time knee capping the share price.

2..Evidence is over whelming that gold Producers have responded favorably to higher gold prices rather than negatively as has been the case for exploration. Companies like NFG .

When NFG share price was robust in H1 of 2024 , Management failed to use equity to acquire a gold producer .
Rather equity was used to acquire more exploration property , an unnecessary redundancy negatively affecting the share price as those free shares exited the hold period.

3..Magagement lacks creativity in seeking financing alternatives .

The current Prospectus continues this easy way out by considering for example ATMs whose price is controlled by the shorters while excluding alternatives such as non equity financing by Royalty

4...Management seems to have no concept of increasing shareholder value by unlocking hidden value.

We have a large variety of assets that could be considered for spin out to shareholders .

Most lay on fallow ground , unknown and un valued by potential investors .

Management needs to quickly act on all four of these management deficiencies , otherwise the slide will only continue.

They get 1.55 million cheap options on Dec 13.
We get shafted .

Your absolutely 100% correct  on that. It's  the way these guys survive  scew the investors  this is why there is lack of interest in mining  stocks. I don't think they will ever comeback  as  millions upon millions stoles from investors in mining
