It is certainly very telling in the NR when they say that Paul Huet took two other companies to buyouts. If NFG had any inclination to mine this themselves, this says they've had an about face. To me it has ES fingerprints all over it. ES is the controlling shareholder, not just because of the shares he owns but the financial clout he carries. I'm glad to hear this news because it speeds up the whole process, whatever the end result is, let's get there sooner rather than later.

If Eric Sprott is behind these board changes then the future looks much brighter.  Take a look at the performance of JAG after it made the low around $1.15 about a year ago.  It reached $5.80 in less than a year.  Why the comparison.  Well I heard so many similar comments the few months before JAG bottomed.  These 2 stocks are his biggest holdings and I'm sure he'

Without a plan with timelines to take this into production after the MRE/PEA, I don't think much will change. DL and CK have completely misread the game
