Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Dec. 2, 2021, trading in the shares of the company will remain halted, pending receipt and review of acceptable documentation regarding the fundamental acquisition, pursuant to Section 5.6(d) of exchange Policy 5.3.

If I heard the Zoom update correctly the trade halt could be 3/4 weeks in length. Correct me if I am wrong. Otherwise suggest folks listen to the Zoom call to assess the nice graphite leadership position now in site for NG
