PART #2 of Proposed As . . . RTO and NYSE Listing of NGC

I'll add,  it's likely Edgewater Capital Partners is merely being employed as a eventually well compensated and "facilitating intemediaryby a highly interested party or likely parties, a party or parties currently pursuing the scheduled operation of their jointly pursued business enterprise specifically within Lordstown, Ohio, USA.
I believe I did tell readers that that Mr. Hugues Jacquemin likely has more than a couple of tigers by the tail, yes?
See precisely why GM had r
ecently let it been known that it has secured access to the critical elements feedstocks it requires for the manufacturing of the battery materials and battery cells required for it's production of all those EVs which said company is to manufacture going forward.
After all, there is certainly something about stakeholders represented specifically by a Ohio, U.S. based private equity firm wanting to sell 50.1% voting control and 33.3 equity control or even 100% of a company, NeoGraph Solutions LLC, which Edgewater Capital Partners was utilized to purchase from Aterian Investment Partners only 13 days prior?
We note
Edgewater Capital Partners announced it's purchase of NeoGraph Solutions LLC from Aterian Investment Partners on January 31, 2023.

We also note that it only took all of 13 days for Edgewater Capital Partners representatives to in turn provide to Northern Graphite Corporation stakeholders, the previously described "option to purchase", in part or in whole, NeoGraph Solutions LLC.
No asset of this quality moves that quickly from Aterian Investment Partners to Edgewater Capital Partners and is now presented for Northern Graphite Corporation, i.e. not unless something most specific has in fact been confirmed by or on behalf of certain interested parties and had been deemed to be "necessarily expedited" by or on behalf of such a highly interested party or parties.

Finally,
I'll point out that a lot of moving parts requires that a stable and steadied share price be sustained; and that is precisely why the NGC share price has been kep within a specific range and seems to now be dialed in.
This share price stability at $0.53 could certainly change to the downside. Never the less, I'll tell you that I purchased more NGC shares today.

You have great theories, and great input.  I'll be cut and dry. You will notice your not given values of deals on either side, or even what Edgewater needs out of the deal to be profitable yet.
