Sarbanes-Oxley - great reason to avoid USA listing

Why waste $$$ trying to comply with S-O onerous requirements vetted by expensive lawyers, geo's etc?

NGC has a biz to build right now and into the future, use shareholder $$$ for that.

KNT...that I've been part of since 80 cents, has become a unicorn but thankfully is spending shareholder money on expansion not complying with USA Req's

Now your posting that you might sell all or part of your position, what event possibly NeoGraph caused your seemingly positive posture on NGC.

Hello Harley. The following is what I, in part, stated for CBalardo just yesterday, this after having purchased more shares just the day before (obviously bad timing on my part, given the doubts creeping in now). You have to read all of what I state. Taking my comments out of context will not help either me or you in communicating and understanding what our own sentiment and option at any given ...more
