1. No idea what the purchase cost is
2. No idea how NGC will pay for it
3. Since it's private, unsure of sales and profits there
4. already extended closing once or twice
5. Nice technolgy tie-in with NGC but that's been there for a while
6. new tech angle with Germans
7. Just keep supplying NeoGraf  with product
