Student...please educate us all

Student, FYI I'm dropping the "1"... it just doesn't work for me...feel free to do the same re the 47, I think we can at least be on a first name basis going forward...

"I know more than enough about comprehensive intellectual properties licensing agreements and precisely what the various steps in developing a product such as the Heraeus Group "PorocarbTM" battery anode material porous hard carbon additive coating are.
I also know what kind, quality and quantum of annual revenues Heraeus Group generates and precisely what said company's technological proficiencies clearly are; and I know that Heraeus Group principals could have very easily gone it alone in the mass industrialized scale process manufacturing and supply of the now NGC Battery Materials Group licensed "PorocarbTM" battery anode material and battery cathode material applicable porous hard carbon additive coating product."

I'm going to ask if you could please bring us all regular folk into the fold and expand on a few things...in plain English, no shakespearean dictionaries required for decoding and deciphering etc, please...little words, little phrases...also, I officially retract my previous claim that you are older than the dirt at Bisset Creek.  You just can't seem to let that one go, so I will reel that one back into the boat.  Okay, some insight please,

1) My understanding of that NR/ Heraeus Group "PorocarbTM, is that this tech specifically deals with 'coating' of the anode material...that it is NOT specifically anode material itself?  Is this correct?  Also, It sounds like this tech is more efficient in the areas of heat absorption making battery anodes coated with the material to be less prone to catching fire, but also able to operate more efficiently (range, less charging) because of it's ability to not overheat as much, and in doing so, extend the batter's performance and life?  Would you agree with that?  Trying to pin point exactly what this tech is used for re battery anode applications...

2) So like you said, if Heraeus Group has this tech which theoretically would make a 'safer' and 'better' battery for OEM's...which would be a game changer re today's market, then why do they need a nothing penny stock/market cap junior mining compay that can't even deliver the Sunday news paper let a lone anything on a macro mass commercial industrial scale?  Why NGC?  Why don't they just go it alone and leverage this wonderful tech for big bucks....and/or partner with a real company, a billion dollar blue chip company that is one of the big boyz at the OEM big boy table?  The fact they would go with NGC makes no sense if that had other bigger and better options?

RE the 2nd half of your post...you were basically describing in your own unique way, the crappy macro environment for mining stocks, junior mining stocks...the hot money, the institutional money just in not in the sector right now...but I think it's coming, oh it's coming.  Regardless of any market, especially bear markets/down turns, the market will always reward performance as NOU is proof of that...

As NGC I don't feel we need off takes at this point...I'm not expecting one.  I almost don't want one at this time as our underlying commodity price is in the dumps and why lock into a long term deal when prices are bad for us, good for GM?   What we do have that NOU doesnt is lowing hanging fruit...we have assets and deals that are dragging along the ground that if and when executed will all bring re ratings, cash flow, and real added valuation to our company.  That performance will be rewarded by the market.  It's like a bad housing market, do you really want to sell your house in a bad market?  Not really...but you could anticipate a turn in the real-estate market and give yourself a one year timeline to build, and start pouring the concrete now etc...build while you wait for the market to turn.  That's where I think NGC could be if our management do their jobs.  The low haning fruit (Namibia, Neograph, Lac des Iles (mine life extention 43-101 update), Baie-Comeau (purchased property, close that), anode partner (must be in the works), US/CAN funding applications....any and or all of these would take NGC well on to new levels of re ratings...all are achievable and reasonable...long over due from this management team.   This is what we need to both survive and thrive giong foward.  Off takes can come when we can prove to the market that we are not a joke...Hugues was given a Ferrari and he can't seem to get it out of first gear.

We need execution, singles and doubles will work, we dont need home runs to move the needle quite yet.   Get it done Hugues.

Gorilladome47, You stated "Student, FYI I'm dropping the "1"... it just doesn't work for me...feel free to do the same re the 47, I think we can at least be on a first name basis going forward..." I am just one student in a world full of students. I am one student always studying; hence I am 1student. Also, I don't mind that older than bissett Creek dirt comment ...more
