What was the point of hiring a market maker when they can't even stabilize the SP to avoid either stop losses from being triggered or provide support for those investors who simply want to sell. Another colossal failure. We are currently trading below FMS which makes us trash. Fire our CEO because he will not have my vote at next AGM. I think he knows his time is running out so the board ...more

Harley103, It abundantly clear that NGC officers and directors are preparing to fully dilute NGC "minority equities investors out from out respective remaining investment equity value. It would be on our backs that Messrs. Jacquemin Bowes, Jacq et al are planning to place $100 Million worth of additional and quite intentional equity investment annihilating weight. Any company officers and ...more

1student I am sure you are aware that NOU had an ATM which was on the shelf. In their case it was never used.  NGC remains to be seen.

youknowwhat, Not all TSX-V listed companie shaving filed a preliminary base shelf  prospectus are comparable to one another. One company is being built up and is nascent (NOU); the other is seemingly being burned down and may be nearer to the end of it's useful life as a publicly listed equities issuer (NGC). Once again, desperate to raise capital, "The Missionaries On Assignment ...more

I absolutely agree with your comments. These guys could care less about shareholders.

Wait until NGC reports next quarter, i.e. if this company lasts that long. You will find out precisely what kind of capital expenditure is being burned in order to maintain the so called NGC Battery Materials Group.

I can hardly wait.

Ok we all agree this company could care less about shareholders but why would Heraeus Group want to join with NGC. Could it just be access to material.
Comment by 1student on Apr 10, 2024 6:48pm
Harley103, Haraeus Group principals were allowed by Hugues Jacquemin et al to unload Heraeus' possibly previously written down Group Battery Materials Group, a "PorocarbTM" IP development license and what is not yet a commercially viable anode additive product (this after 10 years of apparently failed development) onto the sholders of NGC "minority equities investors. ...more

1student  your negative views on why Haraeus Group joined NGC are nothing but speculation, the problem heee is complete lack of communication to shareholders buy NGC as to the end game. I am disappointed that the Haraeus Group did not bring an offtake to the table but time will tell. If our CEO can't get anything done prior to AGM I believe he will be ousted from his throne ...more

Harley103, You stated "1student  your negative views on why Haraeus Group joined NGC are nothing but speculation". Speculation you say? It's a simple question really. Was Heraeus Group actually paid for the assets which were sold to NGC or did NGC promise to pay Heraeus Group going forward? Hmm? You doubt Heraeus Group would be a NGC "creditor" until ...more

There's no doubt that this move down is being orchestrated, what a complete disaster this investment has become. There is no way a market maker is hired and our SP starts to tank unless they are involved. I'll give you that one 1student.
