The experiment

Of a CEO in Italy
Of a CFO in France
and the major operation actually the only producing property in Canada should be declared over.

The company can not afford the travel expenses. All executives need to be in Montreal. If they do not want to relocate then they can quit. WE CAN ONLY HOPE THEY QUIT.

also a side note the director that is enamoured with the CEO should be told that he can no longer attend PDAC and other industry functions on the company. Of course he can PAY HIS OWN WAY and attend but NO MORE trips paid by the company. It is a waste of money.

One more rule for the director if he decides to pay his own way. He is not allowed to attend any meetings with potential customers unless he is dressed properly. The recent PDAC film that I saw and posted earlier was a disgrace and an embarrassing moment for NGC in my opinion seeing how this director was dressed for BUSINESS meetings. PDAC is not the MEXICAN OUT BACK.

Wasn't the 1st part of film shot on "casual Sunday" when retail investors roam the aisles looking for next 10 bagger jr resource co's ? I didn't see any sandals so might qualify as "formal outback attire"  I usually wear high boots...lots of "snakes" there

Bet the Toyota representatives were not dressed like that. Even if they were no excuse for NGC representatives to be dressed the way they were.

Embarrassing.

Is that clown in the video who's dressed like a bum, Mr Birge?  WOW.  So very nice of him to represent Northern at PDAC dressed like he's on the way to buy a cheese burger from McDonalds.  This is the type of leaderless unprofessional prepresentation I have been describing...how does one of our directors, (apparently this loser is a co-founder of the company) dressed like a ...more

Gorilladome47, I won't defend Mr. Birge. Heck, for all I care you can have at him here all you like.  I do have to say though that Mr. Birge could have been dressed like Mr. Jacquemin or Kristy Liddicoat and it still wouldn't matter. After all, the very mentality and specific intent attributable to "The Missionaries On Assignment" is recognized as being dressed the same ...more

1Student - Are you confident that the board and major institutional investors would endorse your 'FIRE SALE' theory? It's crucial to recognize that this company is vulnerable to short-selling, especially given the sector-wide challenges—not solely limited to Northern. While you may perceive the base shelf prospectus as having malicious intent, it's essential to understand that such ...more

Palmer i do not believe for one second that they will sell at these levels. They may never sell through the ATM. The problem they are having IMO is at the feet of the CEO and the director that supports this CEO.  I have been in sales all my life. I began selling when I was 20 and went at it for 50 years pulling the plug at 70.  when calling on a client you want to focus on the ...more

Wells said and I completely agree with you. I mean, even looking at his choices for glasses screams for attention. Ha!

Palmer009, You stated "While you may perceive the base shelf prospectus as having malicious intent, it's essential to understand that such filings are standard practice and not necessarily detrimental." Enough with your strawman argument, which is intended to deflect attention away from and distract NGC "minority" equities investors attention away from recognizing the ...more
