The BOD should have figured that out my now.
The Company needs a CEO that can run every aspect of the Company.
This CEO is great at BOOKING AIRLINE TICKETS and getting to the airport on time BUT HE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT CAPITAL MARKETS.
Under this CEO it is clear to me and has been for sometime that:
1 Nobody is going to finance NGC with the current CEO.
2 Why? My opinion regular people do not want to do business with a CEO that comes across as arrogant as this one does.
3 Companies do take meetings with him and I am quite sure they are polite to him and the meeting ends in hand shakes all around with the company executives saying, THANKYOU WE WILL GIVE YOU A CALL.
4 The problem is the CEO and his side kick Mr Fashion director are too FULL OF THEMSELVES to grasp why the phone only rings with SHAREHOLDER COMPLAINTS.
My wife watched the January 18 INVESTOR DAY put on by the accomplished (sic) VP of COMMUNICATIONS.
As we went for a walk after this event she said and I paraphrase:
Hughes is not CEO material, he knows graphite SO WHAT. There are a lot of people that know graphite hire one of them.
The company has graphite car and battery manufacturers need graphite they will get a hold of the company. Hughes read from a notes prepared in advance. A CEO does not do that. They need to find someone who can run the company.

I have concluded in my pea brain that this Company will not be successful under the current leadership.
IT IS TIME FOR THE DIRECTOR THAT PUSHED FOR HIRING THIS CEO TO ADMIT HIS MISTAKE AND HE NEEDS TO QUIT DEFENDING THE CEO. CHANGE IS NEEDED.
