Mr. Birge

From his CV

 

“ He was the  founder of Industrial Minerals Inc., the original owner of the Bissett Creek graphite project, and was responsible for the management change that led to the formation of Northern Graphite Corporation.”

 

I take exception to the first part of the above statement. Mr. Birge was one of six founders of Industrial Minerals Inc. that obtained the Bissett Creek property. Three of the founders have since passed away and there are three that are still alive.

So Mr. Birge has stretched the truth and this is not a quality that I want to support for Northern Graphite's board of directors.

My vote WITHHOLD

Seems like a pretty unethical thing to do...make a claim that you are the 'founder' of something when in fact, there were apparently other founders that have been semingly omitted....I guess Mr Birge doesnt like to share the spotlight and miss out on all those expensive dinners he gets to attend being introduced as Northern's original 'founder.'  Mr Birge...a question and
