I'll reiterate what needs to be stated.

Wouldn't it be best for we NGC.V equities investors to understand that our invested capital here is gone.
It doesn't matter what happens, most know that Northern Graphite Corporation is going to be shifted, shuffled and dealt away, at our expense of course, to privately reserved "business friends" of Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes ET AL .
Northern Graphite Corporation is considered by the overwhelming majority of the equities investments community at large as being highly radioactive, so to speak.
I suspect nobody want's to have anything to do with Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes ET AL.
"Sprott" principals won't put another dime into financially supporting this company and "the street" knows it.
The company is so desperate for an investor to rape and pillage that everybody can smell such desperation from a mile away.
At this juncture, I don't doubt that anybody at all interested in any NGC assets is waiting for the CCAA filing, so as to scoop up whatever remains at the cheapest price possible.

Just remember everyone... Sprott , when the share price was .45ct -.55ct did a major report on NGC... long story short. BUY UP TO $1.00 ( US $)  albeit , this as roughly 2 years ago

I remember it well. I bought some at 55 cents.

grover11, That report about NGC was part in parcel of how "Sprott" arranged for Imerys SA stakeholders to exit their remaining stakehold at elevated share price points. Then "Sprott" and "friends" lowewred the boom on the NGC.V share price. "Sprott" has all that it wanted of NGC as "the primary creditor". Even at such nearer to entirely
