CHINA...

CHINA'S GRAPHITE COUNTER - other 1/2 of story

We all know about US 25% tarriffs...
But how many know what China did to preserve / control their own graphite ?

Funny how...
North American's only know where US stands on graphite.
I'll have to really question US's and even North Volt's actions on using 50% synthetic.

It might mean...
High Tech wants the good stuff and use the synthetic in, anodes.
Such would make perfect sense.

Game Changer
This juicy Chinese information now places graphite center stage.
All the more precious.

Synopsis
Chinese Exporters and subsiduaries of mulitinationals could face $700,000 in violation
of ECL export regulations even suspension of business.

Can't copy paste - readers will have to open link.
China's trade measures

International Alert

https://www.millerchevalier.com/publication/trade-compliance-flash-graphite-export-controls-chinas-trade-countermeasures-affecting

There we go, the other half of the graphite story.
Music to my ears.

This suggests,
China is playing selective and at same time keeping their graphite for their own
future use. Which explians why.... US plants and even North Volt  are resorting to
50% synthetic graphite. Too cheap to fully purchase ( outright ) more Quebec graphite
deposits. Which is all the more reason why Quebec should make it's own graphite hub.

And... natural graphite spot prices should be far higher.
Hmmmm.

      All that's needed now ?
1 - stop the 50% tech jv grab nonsense
2 - enforce an in situ value to restore valuation ( another stop the grab )
3 - politely pinch junior to, retest drill cores 6.9% under, chip western outcrops Cgr, Si, SiC
4 - repricing spot graphite + junior's not signing unfavorble contracts.

Future Guesstimate ?
When i see this image of Graphsno's claims kissing NGC's ?
Can't help but think... Graphano to the rescue - but at a cost to NGC.
Time will tell.

Anovion and Forge Nano
to mass produce synthetic graphite anode material in the US

Nouveau Monde Graphite Acquires Mason Resources' Lac Guret Graphite ... Forge Nano's advanced coating technologies

NOU - Forge Nano

LLG - Forge Nano

GRAT - is teamed with Forge Nano

LMR - US  DoD  5 yr contract work on sphering or more like 5 yr drag and ---> Forge Nano ?

VOLT aus - ( africa / ukraine graphite ) mentioned Anovion in press.

GLK - Remember Great Lakes Graphite  - Changed name to, Novo Graphite ?
Back then, apparently the name Forge Nano was

GRAT - bought Aukam mine from, Next Graphite.

Diamonds, Gems, Graphite.
England, Australia, US.

GRAT - signed on with TM2 exchange ( england based )  50/50%

Another 50/50%  coincidence ?

TREND
i'm seeing when researching graphite junior's ?

Move real slow
Don't advance too much
Sign bad a- ( ss ) contracts that take upto 50% value
Places brunt on junior co share structure - not staff. - staff have share access
50% contracts are in between's - graphite hasn't even reached final destination
Where another entity also... has to profit.
Gov R + D dibs
Gov or Prov taxes
Mining costs
If out of country... foriegn Gov taxes  28% to 39%

What's left for shareholders ?
I calculated another graphite junior's future costs with each % extension
my claculations exceeded 100%

Which places the concept of investing in CM's into two categories,
1 - pointless
2 - wagering on junior's to secure contracts yet, too many players leaves ( 0 ) stock value
     50% contracts or... 5 yr termswith more r + d = LMR + DoD = doesn't work - sp is sinking
most often, road leads to - US, DoD,or Forge Nano whose already perfected anode tech
thus.... silent juniors, 5 yr contracts or more r + d =  bides time - others sink more claws.

Total turn off.
Old system...sm investors had better odds.

AUSSIE INVASION  +  CANADIAN CRITICAL  MINERALS

https://stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard/v.gem/green-battery-minerals-inc?postid=36147406

If Aussie's have so much critical minerals in Australia
why are so many Aussie junior's controlling several key CM assets in, Canada ?
And...US too.
